A 60-90 Minute Phone call/video call which is a full analysis and review of your child's current routine. This includes analysing a sleep diary and questionnaire. A bespoke sleep plan is then written for you and emailed to you. You then get 14 days of support from myself with 1 x email per day and 1 x follow up 30 minute call to be used within the two weeks.
